COLOLR: White, light gray

Solvent-based acrylic resin with special fire-resistance pigments and additives, and is CB Group Super Thin Type Fire Protection Coating. When FIRECUT FM -1000 encounters fire or heat, it starts to react and gradually forms a cake-liked char layer. This char layer can insulate conduction of heat so as to slow down the time that steel to reach critical temperature, thus achieve the purpose of  rotecting steel structure.

CHARACTERISTICS

1. Low temperature response: When the temperature is reached about 150℃,  it will response immediately; It will be intumescent and forms a cake-likedchar layer as the temperature gets high.
2. No asbestos content: Absolutely no asbestos, to ensure body health.
3. Slight film thickness: Only 0.44mm dry film thickness for 51 minutes fire  protection.
4. Smooth and pleasant surface: Excellent surface finish on coated surface, can be used together with different types of topcoats in different colors, thus provides fire protection and decorative functions.
5. Easy to apply: Wet film thickness can reach 700 μm or above without sagging, quick drying and short over-coating intervals.
